Evolve
What is it?
'Evolve' is the opportunity for purposeful reflection to refine, question and alter our practices through conversation and data collection. It is vital to honour the school’s commitment to engaging student voice through authentic and inclusive means. Evolve considers where we are in our journey and what the next steps might be, recognizing that change is a process that requires continuous consideration to ensure a shared commitment. It is also a commitment to stop doing things because we have always done them 'that way'. In order to be able to truly evolve as a school, careful consideration towards the structures we create including the models of learning employed must be considered.

Questions for consideration:
- What structures are in place to ensure our commitment to evolve?
- What on-going practices and strategies do we have in place to inform our process?
- Are our plans/efforts meeting and in line with our commitments?
- Are our objectives agreed upon and clearly defined?
- Is our process transparent and equitable?
- Where are our gaps and how do we address them?
- What are our next steps?
